Chief Digital Officer (CDO) / Partner
Location: Remote/New York
The Role: A visionary executive leading digital P&L and long-term transformation for billion-dollar client portfolios.
Focus: Innovation, AI, and enterprise-wide digital roadmap architecture.
Salary Guidance: $250,000 – $400,000+ (Base + Profit Sharing)
Director of Digital Operations (DDO)
Location: Remote/California
The Role: The strategic bridge between OmniTech and client executive teams, translating high-level goals into operational SOPs.
Focus: Vendor ecosystems, KPI optimization, and cross-functional leadership.
Salary Guidance: $145,000 – $185,000 + Equity Options
Implementation Project Manager (IPM)
Location: Remote/Texas
The Role: The “boots on the ground” leader for large-scale tech deployments (e.g., 1,000-unit kiosk rollouts).
Focus: Onboarding, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation.
Salary Guidance: $95,000 – $135,000
Associate Digital Operator (ADO)
Location: Remote/New York
The Role: The first line of defense ensuring 100% uptime for client digital storefronts and delivery platforms.
Focus: Real-time monitoring, menu management, and technical troubleshooting.
Salary Guidance: $55,000 – $75,000 + Performance Bonus
Product Manager: Digital Guest Experience
Location: Remote/California
The Role: Owner of the “Order-to-Pickup” journey, balancing user ease with client profitability.
Focus: UX/UI oversight, feature prioritization, and A/B testing.
Salary Guidance: $120,000 – $160,000
Senior Data Analyst: Digital Insights
Location: Remote/Texas
The Role: Turning massive transactional datasets into predictive models and actionable business intelligence.
Focus: Churn analysis, labor optimization, and custom dashboarding.
Salary Guidance: $110,000 – $150,000
